What is the difference between a car wash and a valet?

Our valeting service is focused on comprehensive car cleaning. We take care to leave your car looking and smelling fresh and presentable. e.g., from bug removal to odour and stain removal
Are you an acid free car wash?
yes and No, for maintenance cleaning, we are an acid free car wash. For vehicles with years of neglect and baked-on brake dust, diluted acid may be required alongside an iron remover.
Ceramic and hydrophobic coatings can become clogged and lose their functional properties, an specialised acid safe wash is required to ensure it is back performing its best.
Do you offer pet hair and pet stains removal?
Absolutely. included in an interior deep clean or full valet. a thorough vacuum of the interior to remove dirt, debris and pet hair, followed by upholstery and mats shampoo and finshed with an odour neutraliser to leave your car looking and smelling fresh
*embedded pet hair is no problem however may be extra charge if embedded into carpet.

Weather and Cancellations
What happens if it rains on the day of my valeting appointment?
If there is light rain, we can usually still work. However, if there is a severe downpour, we will contact you to prioritise reschedule your appointment for the next available day that suits you
